Worth writing about

• You measured a piece and got a different number than the one we printed. Tell us the size and where you put the tape and we will re-tape it.
• A chart on a product page disagrees with the one you were shown at checkout.
• Something on the site is broken, wrong or unreadable on your phone.
• You cannot work out which size to take. Send us your waist and hip in inches and the piece you are looking at.

Not worth writing about

Anything to do with an order you have already placed. We do not take the payment, we do not pack the parcel and we cannot see your order, so we have nothing useful to say about where it is. That all belongs with the retail partner you bought from, and their account pages will answer faster than we can.

Where we sit

That is a desk in a wholesale building, not a shop. No counter, no rail of suits, nothing in your size to try on, so the trip would cost you an afternoon and gain you nothing. Letters reach us there. Anything to do with an order does not, because the parcel was never ours to open.
