We cut this swim skirt with a generous 20.2 inch drop from waist to hem. The high-rise waist uses a wide front elastic panel that lies flat against the torso, paired with side ties that adjust the hemline. An integrated brief provides full coverage underneath.

- Curved hem length The outer skirt measures 20.2 inches from the waistband down to the curved hem. This falls around mid thigh on most frames. Side ties let you cinch the outer fabric slightly shorter if you prefer.
- Wide elastic waistband We set a wide elastic panel across the front waist. It sits high on the torso, anchoring the top of the skirt so it does not roll down when you bend or step into the water.
- Sewn in panty An inner brief is sewn directly into the waistband. It uses a quick-drying stretch fabric that prevents transparency when wet and keeps the skirt aligned during active swimming.

This does NOT have tummy control so not sure why it says it does. There's absolutely no tightness or restraint in the fabric that smoothes out anything
This is an adorable bathing suit skirt. You can shorten or lengthen it. My thighs sag badly after losing weight, so the coverage is perfect. It is a little long in the torso, for me. It comes up to maybe 3-4 inches from my breasts. Which is ok, since I'm a little too old to be hanging out all over the place. Stretch is great.
